    Suffering from plantar fasciitis, I bought these sleeves to try since using the ice pack on the soles can be a bit awkward. These are great because they are easy to wear and give me great relief from the pain. I just put them on when I'm in pain and keep my feet up until the gel cools. Of course this isn't a cure for the pain, but it does provide instant relief while I continue with my exercise. The customer service was also outstanding.
