All orders are tracked and come with a money-back guarantee if the delivery is not successful. Your tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped (please allow 24-72 hours after dispatch for tracking numbers to update).

If the shipping info doesn’t display or update, your order is on the way, but it lags behind the true status. In this case, simply check back later.
Depending on where you are in the world, we may ship your product from any one of our warehouses (London in the UK, or Yiwu in China) depending on the location of the customer and stock.
We use USPS, Yun Express, CNE, and local postal services for speedier delivery.
What if I want to change my shipping address?
We can only update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Any later than this and it will have already been dispatched. Reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
If an order is on the way, we will not be able to update it - contact shipping couriers directly to coordinate your delivery.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We cover you with a free reship or potential refund if any package doesn't reach you within 15 business days and we’re unable to locate it. Please, allow us up to 5 business days to investigate.
If tracking shows “delivered” and you haven’t received it, speak with roommates, neighbors, property managers, etc. They may have received it on your behalf and forgotten to tell you. If you’ve tried everything and you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at email@example.com and if we can't resolve the situation with the courier, we’ll reship your order for free.
