I returned my order for a refund. I followed all directions to send the return to Salt Lake City. When I inquired about my refund the people in Salt Lake City had no idea what I was talking about. I was finally connected with someone who said there is no real returns department and I needed to give her the USPS tracking code assigned to my return package. Unknowingly I cleaned out my wallet a few days prior. I have recently had a hysterectomy and cannot get to the post office to research the code. Apparently XStance will not believe me that I truly returned the full order in good condition and that I should be refunded immediately! Someone of the higher ups at this company should realize that I am a good customer and that my opinion matters! As a matter of customer satisfaction, please refund me for the full cost I paid for two pairs of orthotics 55 days ago! The return was made on May 1st and it seems you don’t automatically issue a refund upon the receipt of a return. As a result Stance counts on a lot of customers not being refunded because those people don’t follow up on their refunds. This is manipulative on the part of XStance. If I do not get a refund I will find numerous ways of negatively reviewing the company! Think about it XStance! Andrea Baddell Order # 80620

I loved them! It was like I could walk all day and no pain like I use to get!! I’d recommend these to anyone who has feet problems !!

I have worn these for a while now. My feet still hurt even on a 8 hr day. Not worth the money I spent. Sorry!!!
