This lumbar pillow seems to work for me while sitting. However, I need it to work the most when I sleep. It's just not comfortable for me while on my back. It feels like I'm laying on a pile of something which props me up. Side sleeping with it is ok but not as comfy as I hoped.
Made my back pain worse
Pillow made his back hurt more
Did not notice much of a difference using the product to be honest I purchased 3 and still not totally convinced these really would help
