Disappointed
I'm quite disappointed that for almost $25, this is what I got. The cold pack seems well made. But the strap is kind of ridiculous. It has one thin strip of velcro on each end so it wouldn't even be usable if my feet were wider. Barely fits and is extremely tight. Not even elastic at all. I'm beyond disappointed.

It took forever for this package to arrive and when it did, it was disappointing. The ice pack thing didn’t work very well and the shoe insert, while better than what you buy at a drug store, had to be replaced as soon as I got into see my podiatrist.
