When can I expect my order?

Shipping times vary by country, but it normally takes about 5 to 15 business days for your item to arrive.

Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?

This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support at support@thexstance.com.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it

We know how important your order is! XSTANCE provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

Where are the items coming from?

Depending on where you are in the world, we may ship your product from any one of our warehouses (Cicero in the US, or Yiwu in China) depending on the location of the customer and stock. We use USPS, Yun Express, CNE, and local postal services for speedier delivery.

What's your cancellation policy?

For order cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our warehouse and your items are on their way (generally within a 1 day), your order cannot be canceled.
