    I ordered the proper size but I could barely get my feet in them . Very uncomfortable.The return policy sucks. You must pay shipping. It cost me nearly $10 to return them . I will never deal with this company again.

    I got the slippers in 10.5-12 but they are too small. Feels like a 9.5, I would like them replaced

    The shoe is too narrow and the plastic across the top of the foot is so hard that I got a blister on both feet underneath the strap. My husband didn't get a blister but complained they were too narrow as well.
